I brought my iphone 6plus in with a cracked screen. They did a perfect job. The screen was clear and looks like new again. They were quick and nice and very reasonable charge. I would recommend them to anybody. Better then going to apple store and charging you more or trying ti get you to purchase another phone.

Work for a local school district and have used this location several times with great success, repairing out of warranty Apple devices. I am very pleased with both the quality of work and turn-around time. Decided to set up an open account with the company to simplify repairs and billing. Very friendly. Great communication.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The old man that works there has no idea what he's doing. He tries to bump the price from 99 to 139 when you arrive. I took my Phone on a Thursday for an LCD issue and got it replaced, not only was the phone screen not put in right. The guy disabled my phone trying to get into it. By saturday My screen had gone black again. Since they claim that i have a LIfe time Warranty!!!! i took it back so he can take a look at it, and he blamed me. saying I broke it and told me i Had to pay for it again. claimed screen was crack but screen was perfect!! it was just black. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY.
This is the place to go, I dropped my Samsung Galaxy s7 and broke the led screen, had it to them Tuesday night and had it back the very next day!!!! Great price, owner was very, very nice. And my phone is like new again!! Very happy customer here.. Highly recommend this place. Thank you again...

I have an iPhone 6 Plus and I never have a case on it nor do I have a screen protector. I like the look of a aked\ phone. I have dropped my phones many times. My phone decided it wasn't going to let me slide this time. It shattered completely. I was devastated. The entire top part of my fell off. I was even able to see the inside of my phone. I called ONCALLERS and asked about repair on my phone glass and LCD screen, gave me what I thought was a reasonable price and even picked up my phone from work because I wasnt able to leave work at the time. It took all of 40 minutes. When they delivered my phone (all within an hour from start to finish) It was brand new. I am a very happy customer! I will be bringing any other devices I may break in the future. AMAZING SERVICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Stop looking elsewhere. You will not be disappointed! :) Thank You ONCALLERS!
Excellent service and friendly people! I went there two times to get my screen fixed within the past year and I would like to say a special thank you to the gentleman that was able to get my phone fixed when the screen wasn't cracked and I was having technical troubles. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!
Went to the new ONCALLERS store in Elmhurst. Beautiful store have a variety of cases and accessories for all type of phones and devices. Went there for a screen replacement for my iPhone 5. 40 minutes and the best money spent! Amazing service, nicest people and quick repairs! Anyone who needs a screen repair for their phone would be a fool not to go to this store. Definitely will go back if any other things happen to ANY of my electronic devices!
